Anton Hulidin
Director of the Friends of Ukraine Foundation, adviser to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights
He represents the organisation with authorities, donors and international partners, and signs grant agreements and memorandums.
He takes part in international talks on support for families of fallen defenders, including with the leadership of Portugal, and in partnerships on rehabilitation and inclusive education.

How we work
How the team works
- Each area has a named person with tasks set out in a contract
- Each person collects the data for their own part of a report, and a coordinator checks it
- Anti-corruption, conflict of interest and child protection policies apply to the whole team
- Outside experts join programmes under contract when our own team should not cover everything
